The Compact Displacer Level Switch is composed of two displacers spaced at appropriate intervals and suspended via a rope, which are connected to a coupler rod with an actuator for on-off switch operation.

When the water level rises and reaches L1 (high level), the top displacer submerges into the water, generating a buoyant force that moves the actuator upwards to trigger the micro switch. Conversely, when the water level falls and reaches L2 (low level), the actuator lowers due to the reduced buoyant force, causing the microswitch to release.

To adjust the control range to suit specific applications, the spacing between the displacers can be modified to reposition them to the desired location on the rope. The Compact Displacer Level Switch is a reliable and efficient solution for controlling water levels, providing accurate and repeatable switch operation.
