The Capacitance Fuel Level Transmitter operates using a sensing and ground concentric electrode, accompanied by integral electronics housed in a cast aluminum enclosure. The probe is mounted on top with threaded or flanged process connections for ease of installation.

As the liquid level changes, the capacitance formed between the sensing and ground electrodes also changes proportionally. This change is then sensed and converted into a 4-20mA analog output, providing accurate and reliable level readings.
