    • Once a support request, ticket, or consultation is initiated, no refund will be issued
    • Unused support time or partially used support is non-refundable

      • External dependencies beyond our control

    If you are on a recurring subscription:

    • Cancellation stops future billing only

    • Processing time depends on the payment gateway and bank

    Automation Community is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.


    11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

    ⚠️ Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

    • Immediate suspension of your account
    • Permanent revocation of access
    • Blacklisting from future services

    12. Policy Abuse & Account Termination
